Enclomophine

Enclomiphene (enclomiphene citrate) is a selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM) and the active trans-isomer of clomiphene citrate (Clomid).
It is used off-label to treat secondary hypogonadism (low testosterone) in men by stimulating the body’s natural production of testosterone and supporting sperm production. Unlike traditional testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), enclomiphene does not suppress fertility or cause testicular shrinkage.
How It Works
Enclomiphene blocks estrogen feedback in the brain, increasing luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH). This signals the testes to produce more testosterone while preserving or improving sperm count.
